With this build , you can make 4 orbs per second . Since the HUNGER affords an extra 37.5% CD(Beyond the cap) I think you don’t discover it.
Now I find my build can be improved:change the off hand into Elements(From warrior).After changing, your off hand primary skill is teleport. you can use it to run. the Elements is better than Defiant

any build can pass highfloors w/ crushing blow affix. reactor build is indeed powerful and good for floor farming and hiking specially w/ frozen, plague, arcanist+ascendant set affixes… if ur problem is survivality from skyfall/tntproc then just larimar the map to get favarable map affixes… i think he only said that this build is good on floor 5000 he didnt state that w/ this build u wont die… dying 1-3x is not of a big deal. though i still prefer 25% dmg from defiant since orb skil can be spam and has low cd(depends on persons preference) and u already have specialist affix

Actually my main character is Rogue, and currently my hp is 1.5M with block and evade chances, plus uses storm skill for my flintlock and i added lots of lifesteal effects plus take note those (250 resist all) affixes. then just make sure you play the game in a wise way and even got MILLIONS of gold. then your way up will be not that hard.
i have a question，why use Time Warp ?? what is the benefit?? 
Buff orb damage. It’s actually very good along with cosmic power set. Depending on the build, you can buff damage to be super high. Of course crushing blow is used too.

I kinda hate orb. I finally paired it up with enigma and blink strike proc cause I find myself trying to get closer to make it hit faster. I do agree to get the skills for it to be maxed cause of the d!g and hitt frequency for sure. Its already so slow with reactor and half the skills you may as well for the extra stuff anyway. If your using discordance does multi/extra attack help it cast more/faster at all I can’t tell

It’s 2.3 Now you can use Angelic in this build. It’s quite suitable.
My device is iphone4s .You know, its WiFi is easily broken…
I have changed some affixes in the build,it has more survive abilities(not affixes)(need technology)
Before, its orbs are fixed in the place .(Because I make its hero points 40)
And the most serious problem is that the arcanist set doesn’t work
Now, its orbs can go straight as usual.(In Timewarp,projects’ dmg will be increased and the speed can also be increased. Enemy’s attack will be reduced a little ,though it isn’t very useful.Also, Cosmic power can improve its effect, too)
Now it can control the enemies better.It means that you’ll receive fewer attacks and die less.

You can go to the epic boss very quickly with teleport.
