Hi, is this an old version? Or why isn’t it showing the talents?
Cause it’s just level 2 gears.
It requires higher level of gear to have a talent.

Item Talent Level is based on Item Level, about 1 Talent Rank per 5 Items levels.
you could put Epic Talents on an Item if you really need to.
