how to increase to 200% the item drop?

You can use the Ruby crystal to add the legendary item drop rate affix to an item. (You can use Kyanite to remove an existing affix to make room.) If an item has an empty socket, you can slot in the Fortune mythstone to increase item drop rate as well.

you can also get up to 100% Item Drop from Fortune Skill.

If you click on your character’s portrait and go to the hero tab, you should see it at the bottom right (the yellow icon). It’s one of the heroic skills that you can spend hero points to increase. Some items may also have an affix that increases it.
