Is it possible to dowload my saved character on dq server? If possible how? Please provide steps thank you

Start up Dungeon Quest
On the main menu press the “DQ Account” button
Enter your email details (this is the email address you used when first creating the DQ Account)
Enter your password
Press “Login”
Press the Download Button
