get Wizard Cognition Ring (Cerebral Vortex). it has +100% ED% so you can get rid of all of the +20% ED% and put two different affixes there. if you are wondering which is better: 3 spaces for +60% Poison vs. 1 space for +100% Poison. this also has Push the Limit, which gives +50% DMG for +50% spell cost.
get Warrior WildHide Chest (Druidic). it has Blight. it also has Ignore Resist, which will help a lot when you are on Poison Maps.

I also wonder if the druidic effects help as much as plague effects? I calculated and it only gives few dot dmg% with the sum of my regen
yes. Poison Weapon DMG takes -50% DMG on Poison Maps and +25% DMG on Shock Maps. with Ignore Resist, Poison DMG isn’t reduced on Poison Maps, but Poison DMG isn’t increased on Shock Maps.

with Druidic, Poison DoT DMG goes up based on HP/MP Regen, which takes up lots of space. Plagued Poison DoT DMG goes up based on how many enemies are poisoned.
for Druidic, HP/MP Regen have a cap of 20k each, for 40k divided by 4k = +1000% or x11. Poison DoT is 0.1 DMG x 11 = Poison DoT is x1.1 of attack DMG. getting the HP/MP Regen to cap will take space, and if you are using Epiphany Set, even more space. Equality Set and Cosmic Power Set will help a lot with boosting Regen.
Plagued (5) just needs to Poison 8 enemies to get the same boost as a maxed out Druidic Build, and if you Poison even more enemies, you can go higher than Druidic can.
it looks like Plagued is the better Set to use, and use Druidic with some Regen for a little more Poison DoT DMG multiplier.
if you only have Regen from Strength & Intelligence Skills (1000 each), with Druidic (5) & Equality (5) you get a +154% Poison DoT DMG. with Plagued (5) giving +125% Poison DoT DMG per enemy poisoned, you get something like this,
((1 + (1.25 x # of enemies) x 2.54) x 0.1 = Poison DoT DMG.
if your attack is 10k Poison DMG and you poisoned 4 enemies

using Cosmic Power instead of Equality might be better, as you need HP & MP to be the same value on the Stat Page for maximum value from Equality set.
umm, seeing that this is for PVP, Druidic would probably be better, because you would only have one or two enemies for Plagued to work with for DMG, and things would be hard for Druidic, because values for Regen are lower in PVP. it would be better to just improve your attack DMG and let your enemy take the regular Poison DoT DMG.
I have a feeling you might need to do a lot of testing to make any Poison Build. most players use Shock because after 4 hits you are doing +50% DMG from Shock DoT. plus, there is an affix that reduces or even cancels Fire, Poison, and Bleed DoT DMG, but it takes 1 to 3 spaces.
