I apologize if similar topics appear here in the forums, I would like to ask how the Smokescreen Affix works. I have a Miasma(5) on my rouge and it seems it is not casting on any enemy within 25 yards (PVE). I also tried casting SmokeBomb nearest to an enemy and still no luck. But on 1v1 PVP practice matches its working fine. Am I missing something or is this really intended?
