im in chinaand im using android4.0

Ok…the China part is the issues. Since we cannot release. Any games that promote in app spending in China through Google play. We will try to find some alternatives

well…i cant get 1.4.3even on Google play…

Are you connecting to Google play using an account.created in China? If that is the case that would be why the app is not available for you to dl.
