When I want to buy Nightblade Vanity Skin Pack (9.99 $), I must pay 10.75€ EUR like if the price was 11.99$ USD, there is a problem to convert the monney only on this pack, the real price should be ~8.80€ for 9.99$.

We don’t do any of the conversion on prices, that’s all handled by Google. What it might be is some tax added.
