When I first played dungeon quest I leveled up until level 60+ but when I re loged in I was at level 58 with all my feats erased and my weapon less powerful than it should be. And my pets turn from epic to rare rarity when I equip them.
did you upload your latest progress before you cleared data and download again you progress?
This was probably because you closed the game with out exiting the floor the game saves data whenever you leave a floor if you lost a bunch feel free to email support at supports@hinyboxgames.com and they can help you get your stuff back
