Is this the ultimate green garden PVE weapon?

I would not have any eternal weapon in pve apart from eternal fabled because you can add mythic and craft it .

Haven’t used mine because it’s missing a set affix and I can’t add one

no Set Affix, like @DJC said, but that Crystal Crit Chance is real nice. if you can make a good build with that, then go for it.
