So do i need a Crushing Blow affix (chance to take 25%hp of the enemy) before Crushing Blow Mythstone (chance to cast…) mounted in my items to take effect?
For Example. I have 6x epic items “without” crushing blow affix equiped in my rogue, then i put a Mythstone-Rebirth (increase chance to cast a crushing blow) on my armulet, so even without a crushing blow affix im still be able to cast a crushing blow? Or i need to have a crushing blow affix in my items before the mythstone-rebirth going to work?
