if I wanted to change where it says bulwark to something else how do I do that

As this thread is already called “quick question”, I’ll add right onto that.
So the situation is as follows. I have a dagger as my MH weapon and a bomb as my OH weapon. Through a ruby, I have the adfix "Multiattack +2 " On the bomb. Does this apply to my MH attack? If no, how does it affect my damage and how does it interact if I would equip a chakram for example? What is the difference to the affix “+extra attack chance”?
