so far i am only gettin max 3 perfect on a 6liner and cant seems to reach 4 perfect at the same time. is the limitation caused by luck or system? does anyone have a 4 perfect on a 6liner to share?
Getting perfect affixs is like playing the lotto. Each item has an ilvl of 100. That means each affix scales from 1-100 so the your chance of getting 1 perfect affix is 1 out of 100. To get 2 is 100^2, to get 6 perfect is 100^6. So its just a luck thing. Also I don’t think luck affects rerolling.
