IMO it is totally possible to get affixes like that whenever I never had such exactly those affixes on my build haha
To me it is only suspicious and I’d check other items and affixes on it to make sure he is cheating or not. Like his trophy (if he modified his pet i think he should have modified its trophy too) but it’s only my opinion !
Anyway, thank you for signaling those guys to the DQTeam : doing so, we players are making thee game more accessible to everyone 
You cant easily find eternal stich with that affix…hmmm lemme just say it is possible to have that but searching for it takes time… It has a very small chance of dropping that pet with that affix even if u play straight like hell…

Even if I recently got an eternal pet i didn’t expected with good stats (but not as good as those)
