It has pretty sick damage but my only concern is when it comes to sky fall challenge map.

Check the LegendEx in the Codex and look for Rings with Push the Limit, as it can’t be rolled with Ruby. if there are no Rogue Rings with PtL, then check Warrior or Wizard (they would have been Jaspered to Rogue). if there are no Rings with Push the Limit, then it’s a hack. in this case, just look for another Item with PtL that fits the build you are trying to make.

if he has +10 Storm on the Pet, Storm has Elemental Crit +0.5% per Rank or he has +15% Immolate on Pet.

I knew you would have an answer. 
there are a few posts where this is a problem. a pet or one of the items is missing in a post and we have to figure out what might be on the missing piece that makes the unworkable Items shown work.
or an unusual way of making something work. like a Rogue using Coat Skill or any Class using Coat Proc to cause Elemental Crit to save space for some other affix.
