I am planning on building a rogue with discordance chakram reactor build inspired from the seasonal maiden build that I found here in the forums with some changes to the build although it may take a while for me to grind the crystals needed. I am wondering if does that build still works and if it does work, is it viable for climbing floors especially floors 1000+?
Is there a limit on the talent? Like for example, a 60% limit on crushing blow and deadly strike. So does talents have these limitations or not?

Talents have a cap of 40 (except for Wizard Necromancer Talents, there is a Set Affix that lets them go over cap +0.5 per Rank round down).
instead of using the +4 Extra Attack Mythstone on the OH, use the +10% Proc Chance Mythstone or a Legend +25% Orb Proc instead.
instead of Bleed Chance on Pet use Epic +10 Orb Skill or Epic +10% Deadly Strike or Epic +30% Weaken.
if I remember correctly, this build is part of a Main & Hireling build, with the other character having Ascendant Set on it (which is required for Arcanist to work)
as of Patch 3.0, Arcanist requires Weaken instead of Crit Chance to apply to enemies and it’s +20% to Elemental % DMG instead of total DMG now (the build is still good with these changes)
Living Force doesn’t affect Orb Skill anymore, but it still affects Cosmic Orb Mythic, so it’s up to you if you want to keep it or change it to something else.

I’m trying to make a rogue discordance chakram reactor build that has both crit and crushing blow (without the crushing flames set), which hopefully can outdamage my last build on the bow one that can reach trillions of dmg on crushing blow😀
the Discordant Reactor Build is casting lots of Orbs in a very short time to maximize DMG from the Reactor Arcs.
another way is to have the Elements Set (5) for +37.5% chance to cast another Orb for free but with a different Element, Mirror Cast for a +25% Chance for another Orb, Orb Proc for +25% chance for another Orb, and if the Orb Skill is a Special (not using Discordance) Specialist affix gives +25% chance for another Orb. if you don’t use Specialist, you can use the others with Orb & Discordance for even more Orbs for lots more Reactor Arcs doing even more DMG!
or maybe a mix of both ideas for a build (it really sucks sometimes that there are a limited number of spaces to place affixes in).
