Setup Assets Whenever Play DQ

I would like to confirm and also reporting a glitch (or a bug?)

First, why DQ always do a “Assets Setup” whenever i opened the game, you know it costs my time juts to load things, i thought i just happend at the first time setup but it always run whenever the game launched.
This is quite annoying for me, because you have to wait sometimes almost a minute.

Second, i wanted to report talents sometimes dissappear from an equipments when i equipped it. The other must be the graphic setting, the “low fx” doesn’t work because sometimes the “fx” still appears.

An answer or two from DQ developer would be appreciated
