Hi all ! Im just confused with this? He is wearing a fallen armor but in the vanity box it is not shown?? Is this a skin bug? Or a something else??

If you also see flowG his wearing pumpkin skin in head in the arena but if you click his character description his not wearing it, and he seems to have a similar build with his two rogue
Yup so with the weapon skin . 
Its just a little bug, there was a similar issue about the christmas skins not being rewarded. Similarly the ‘item’ could be removed from the inventory but still be equiped, when the item was added back to the inventory the skin texture/ look was present even though it wasnt equiped
