will smokebomb dodge effect after 30sec not being hit?
longer as much as you don’t get hit

Wait so if you cap dodge and block, smoke bomb won’t take effect until a hit ACTUALLY hits you? Like a little safety net?
nope, smokebomb dodge happens before dodge-block chances
