How to get green items or eternal items or something

Eternal Items are very rare to find, ocenyx said that you can get 1 out of 100 legends. Eternal items can be obtained through drops and gambling. Nadrojis are rare legends. Which is also very hard to hunt. @Skaul said that you can get rare legends much better at floor 190-200.
