If you have Reflect DMG affix, Redirect will make it apply on all dodged and blocked attack even if you take no DMG.
Does attack speed effect how often skullshield and skulldraga fire projectiles?
Also does skull shield or skulldraga cause procs? I notice they can cause and explosion proc but not the proc of a skill. Will skull shield cause a terrashaper proc for example.
no i guess, proc can only active from your skill. while explosion is by chance when hit. mean anything that hit enemy come from u can cause explosion. even explosion it self when actived, hit serounding enemy. that also consider as hit. and that hit also can cause explosion.

Eternal items are green, you are probably talking about Magic item, that is blue.
Or maybe a crystal item.
Can you post a picture here?

Ok, so that’s a crystal item, so it has a crystal affix (obtained with obsidian), or in you case, dropped.
So the only thing you can do is to reroll the value that with a diamond, but the affix stays the same.
That is a legend item but because of the crystal affix, it turned to cyan colour, instead of red.
The difference is that Eternals are green and you can only change the element type with cystal, crystal item is craftable.

Also, I cannot use peridot to increase the item level (42) on my eternal void tome, are there crystals I can use on eternal?

For eternal items. Only Calcite for change element and beryl for change nature can be used.
Save the item though because of the convert feature on the next patch

as in beta 1.9 rev 3338 only Beryl (change item nature) calcite (change item element) and garnet (remove mythics stone from socket) i try this before and it working.

try garnet to remove mythics stone from eternal socket. it working now. (i dont know if it bug or what but it really working)
According to Steiger, heroic lvl is capped at 99 for now. It’ll be changed to 100, but I’m not sure when.
What floor is the best to farm crystal and mythstones (map size wise)? And, is it possible to reach luck/id/goldfind cap using the golden veins set? I mean no crafting at all just the given status of those legend items.
If I’m to make my desired set from legend items, what should I consider (quality etc)? I’m currently collecting legend items with 3% quality and up and with the talents/set affixes that I like.
Got obsidian from converting an eternal item. Can I use sapphire to reroll the affix that I will got from obsidian ?
