Go for 700% Blight, if your stuff allows.
Criticals and Critical damage are irreplaceable, don’t neglect them.
Swap that frostfire regalia for a custom nadroji robe.
That’s all for now
I didn’t get it yet.
Blight wasn’t supposed to add damage only to clouds? How is it a critical damage?
Wherever did you get that conclusion?
Those two are completely separate suggestions, seeing that he lacked criticals in any way.
That’s what I don’t get, what’s the affix to have elemental critical damage then?
Some posts give the impression that is the Blight (or whatever element it’s changed to), but I could not figure out what’s the elemental critical damage affix so I assumed it was Blight, but probably I"m wrong lol.
Elemental Critical = Toxic, Torrent, Freezing, Immolate and Orbit
Critical Chance is not Elemental Critical

Element crit can gain trough lagend affix elemental crit. or epic affix such as immolate toxic, paralyzed, freeze and orbit.
Blight high voltage frosrbiting celestial. they are damage of element crit. example. toxic crit. will spawn toxic cloud deal 400% of poison damage. so if u have 700% blight. mean ur cloud do 400%+700% poison damage.
i dont really know this much so if i was wrong anyone feel free to correct me.

Sweet, that’s clearer now
If you don’t mind answering the questions below, I’m trying to understand to craft a better build.
Talking about poison damage:
But how will it be activated, with Crit Chance?
So If I deal a Elemental Critical will it double the damage I would inflict plus cast Blight? Or how does it work?
*** I guess cronos1234 answered it while I was typing but I’d like to be sure ***
Will the Affix Elemental Critical add 10% overall or 10% for each Toxic I have as affix?
And how can I check if I’m dealing normal damage or elemental damage?

Q3. i think that it would add 10% overall… example if u have 20% toxic 13% immolate. with 10% elemental crit. your toxic will have 30% chance and 23% for immolate.
Q4. i dont know how. lol normally when i hit. if element crit. (cloud) i will stop attack and see the tick damage. that my poison damage i think.

I guess that if the MH weapon is poison, all the damage it deals will be poison and if the OH wepon is fire all damage dealt will be fire.
So if the MH deals critical it will be poison and the OH fire and all critical chance will go to critical damage of the type I’m dealing damage (I’m just guessing there is no normal damage, only elemental damage).
For my early second question, it seems that when the critical chance goes off I will deal the critical damage (weapon damage, regardless it’s type, * X) and the Blight will also be activated. But in the other hand it might be 2 steps, crit chance to “double” the weapon damage and crit chance to cast blight.
Or perhaps it’s something different lol.
If you’re using weapons with poison element on it, after a few attacks you can see enemies has a green effect on them. This means poison’s working and enemies will lose HP over time.
So what’s the differences between poison & Toxic? Toxic (aka poison cloud) deals more DMG.
Crit chance is the purple numbers you see. Crit chance also apply for normal attacks and DoT (damage over time) as well.
2. So If I deal a Elemental Critical will it double the damage I would inflict plus cast Blight? Or how does it work?

Blight only boost your DMG when enemies are poisoned. DMG boosted depends on how much Blight you have on your gear.
Elemental Critical will increase Toxic/Torrent/Freezing/Immolate/Orbit at the same time. But it’s a legend affix, so you can only reroll it with Diamond.
Toxic/Torrent/Freezing/Immolate/Orbit works exatly the same as Elemental Critical. But these works depend on your gear’s element. Also these are epic affixes, so you can simply reroll it with Fluorite which is a lot more convenient to craft your gear.
So what’s the differences between Elemental Critical & Toxic/Torrent/Freezing/Immolate/Orbit?
If you’re using Prismatic (wizard’s talent) or Ascendent, you’ll find that Elemental Critical is more useful since your attacks can be in any element.
The game works like this:
Fire >< Ice
Shock >< Poison
This means if you’re using Fire element against Ice ememies, your attacks will be effective and you can deal more DMG. The same thing will happen when you use Ice against Fire enemies/Shock against Poison enemies/Poison against Shock enemies.
I hope I explained everything clear enough
Thank you so much!
It explained a lot!
I was confused about Critical Damage and Elemental Critical Damage.
I thought that they would be the same, doubling the damage, but Elemental Critical is something very different, maybe the name could be changed from “critical” to “Elemental Special Damage” lol, I will think that way from now on to not get confused again.
Crit DMG & Crit Chance are two different thing. Their name explained themselves.
BTW, you can check both your Crit DMG & Crit Chance on the Stat page, under Offense section if I remember correctly

I understand you but my confusion was about the Critical name in “Elemental Critical Damage”.
I know that Critical Chance is the Chance that the Critical has to goes off and the Critical Damage is how much it will increase the Critical Damage, but Elemental Critical Damage seems that a Critical will go off and will deal more Elemental Damage but instead doing it, it would increase the damage of some kind of special ability, like the poison cloud or stunned enemies, and not increase the damage of fire, poison, etc that’s the element of the weapon.
That’s why I suggested to change “Elemental Critical Damage” affix to something like “Special Ability Damage”.
But that’s clear enough now to have a build without mistakes about that.
Thank you very much
BTW, you can check both your Crit DMG & Crit Chance on the Stat page indeed.
Elemental Critical makes more sense. Especially when the stat page has elem crit chance and elem crit damage just below one another.
Need help confirm it.
I use nadrijo set rank 5. but with it i see no different on all lagend drop. it still extremely rare for rare lagend (unknown location ) to drop
is it effective or not.? if not i think i want to change that set affix to another.

Say, for example’s sake you have 0.1% chance for any legend to be extremely rare. Nadroji 5 will boost it to 0.1375%. Not much isn’t it?
Nadroji does not magically improve your rare legends drop by a mile. But when hunting for these you will need all the luck you can get.
On the other hand, let’s say for example’s sake again that you’ll change Nadroji into something which will boost your farming efficiency by a lot. (Move speed? DPS? Pick radius? Whatever) then in the long run you will go through dungeons faster.
In the end it’s your call.

lol ur explaination make me laughing. i dont know why. but it make sense and love the way u explain. btw, i have only 1 obsidian. so i need help for best chance… crit chance obsidian. all class can get a chance of choose it or only specific class can have it and most of it on what item all item or specific too.

Click this for the list of possible crystal affixes. They all have an equal chance to appear on gear, except on Block chance which can only be obtained in the pool when enchanting an offhand weapon.
While we’re at it, when you use up an obsidian it is possible to roll 6 of 20 affixes when enchanting an offhand, while it is possible to roll 6 of 19 affixes on the others; i.e. in case you don’t want Block chance, you have a slightly higher chance to roll the affix you want if you enchant anything other than offhand weapons.

thanks for a great tips. btw. if u already saw my skull (wizard offhand) that originally a defiant set. so it already have lagend affix +%element damage. but the problem is. i got it with crystal affix weaken. i already have ignore resist. so the weaken actually become unnecessary on my gear so the question is beside using crystal that randomly delete affix. what can i use to delete it.? or there is no other option beside that crystal.?
