I Had Troubles Switching My Other Account lately(i created a new one anyway and thats my rouge lvl29 ) whenever i download my data from the cloud…the game freezes and i cant properly download my data…aside from crashing…i hope they will really fix this problem soon enough…

.maybe you can try that on other device, because i also experience that on my other phone when i switch accounts and tried to enter the dungeon or pvp…
note* : .I’m not utterly saying that you have bad device because it also happen to me…
