its 2019 hehehe
the last big update was Patch 3.0, with a few smaller updates to fix bugs and stuff. although the Developers are working on another Project (Dungeon Quest 2?), there are some things they have on the back burner to work on in this game (Dungeon Quest) when they get the chance.
