the description on the Item is usually the correct one, the Dictionary is sometimes not up to date.
Base Damage is before Power Stat Points are added on.
Base Damage x (1 + (Weapon Level x 0.25)) x max (1 or Weapon Level x 0.05) = Base Weapon Damage.
with Endow it would be
BD x (1 + (WL x 0.25)) x max (1 or WL x 0.05) x 1.5 (Endow Mythstone) = BWD
here’s the list of Base Damage for Weapons
Base Damage: (these values are from the Dungeon Quest Wiki)
Hatchet: 30. All Other OH: 25.
Wizard: Gauntlet - 64 Staff - 45 Sword - 30 Wand - 27.
Warrior: Hammer - 75 Lance - 40 Axe - 26 Sword - 24.
Rogue: Chakram - 60 Bow - 40 Dagger - 30 Flintlock - 25.
I think the lower Base Damage weapons would benefit the most, but it looks like any build can get a big boost to damage.
Hammer level 100:
75 x 26 x 5 = 9750 BWD
75 x 26 x 5 x 1.5 = 14,625 BWD
Warrior Sword level 100:
24 x 26 x 5 = 3120 BWD
24 x 26 x 5 x 1.5 = 4680 BWD
Wand, Lance, & Flintlock are the MH Weapons that don’t have Legend +200% Weapon Damage, so Endow would be a big damage boost for them since they can only use Epic +100% Weapon Damage. might not be better than +5000 WD but together… and Endow gets boosted by both Item Quality and WD% before you add WD+ now.
