How come the crystal to up item lvl seems to have no effect. I have used 15 of them now with the item lvl remaining the same
Are you sure you are using the level crystal and not the quality crystal? Is the item already level 100, cause there is a max. I used to get these things mixed up some times.
Yes im using the perdiot not the quality one and its lvl 21
Are you like… 16th level? Its capped at a certain point to prevent 3rd level toons with lvl 100 items.

When you level up items it capped at the floor lvl exif you are floor 30 you can max level up item to ilvl 30
