hunger affect proc CD?
Procs have Cooldowns on their own, If I’m not mistaken, they’re affected by cooldown reductions, but skills like Stealth has internal cooldowns.

using guidedshot,automatically stealth.
Stealth has a 4 sec. internal cooldown I think, no matter how you reduce the CD, you can’t have the Stealth effect on infinite status.
Stealth & Stealth Proc have 16 second cooldowns.
from 16 to 10 when under 75% MP.
Procs have the same cooldowns as the Skill they are based on. Twister and Twister proc both have a 5 second cooldown for example.
