I noticed that in most of my games my bullets don’t tend to ricochet to my opponents much, so I stopped using the talents I used for PCE that improved ricochet damage and odds, but I am still wondering if that was the right call. I kept the knock-back chance but stuck to stagger and mutilate for the other two. I wonder is there a cap on talents for PVP? And is it worth building Talents rather than stats? Also same goes for my primary ricochet, should I build more of it? I currently hold two items that boost it, but since I don’t know the PVP caps I don’t know if this is the best I can get as far as damage. My build is basically full damage since it best abuses the highest ranged weapon in the game, and since I basically already auto die anyways no matter how tanky I build as a rouge I haven’t that being defensive works for PVP.
Characters and their Items are level 20 in PVP.
the Talents on Items are at Rank 4. an Epic Talent +10 would be Epic Talent +3 in PVP.
Mutilate 4 on your Item with 2 Epic Mutilate in PVP gives Mutilate +10.
I just now thought of it, but Talents & Skills have a Cap of 40. if you put Mutilate +3 on every Item & Pet for 21 +4 from the Item, that’s Mutilate +25. takes up 7 spaces.
I would think it depends on the build if you want to focus on more damage using Skills and/or Talents.
