this gives +100% Bleed DMG based on your Fire DoT (lup to +600%, higher if on Eternal Items). since Blistering happens when you get Immolate, I believe the Bleed will be based on Immolate DMG, since it now doubles Fire DoT ()they used to be two different DMG). WhirlingBlades increases the DMG of Bleed when you have points in WB. plus, there are a number of different ways to improve the DMG of Bleed.
