Guys who know how to assemble a top network on BlinkStrike and coat weapons and steals Through Assassin? I just used to have a blinkstrike set and it jumped from enemy to enemy without delay! I want to collect maximum DPS through Lightning or Arcana , If you have any advice, please tell me!
Blinkstrike Skill with Blinkstrike Proc.
+60% Cooldown.
Earthquake Mythic.
Living Force (because Arcane Elemental Critical Orbit is affected by Living Force). Orbit spins away from the Character like Scalp. Living Force causes Orbit to spin back to the Character like Whirlingblades, to do +20% per Rank more damage (similar to Blindside Talent).
+30% or higher for Elemental Crit (to have Orbit).
+200% Celestial or higher (Orbit does more damage).
Mutilate Talent - because Blinkstrike 11 or higher does more damage because of Multiple Attacks, and Mutilate Talent increases the damage from Multiple Attacks.
Relentless Talent - more damage when enemy HP goes down.
Razord Talent - cause enemies to Bleed while you are Blinking all over the place.
Smokebomb Proc - does damage to enemies hit by Earthquake & Blinkstrike and also gives your Character an automatic Dodge for when the next enemy attack hits.
Ninja Set - a chance to cast Quick Attack on Dodge with a chance to cast Blinkstrike when you Quick Attack (make sure you have +60% Dodge).
for faster Blinkstrike, use Discordance Mythic so Blinkstrike is your Primary Skill. it will be cast as fast as your weapons APS instead of being slowed down by a Cool Down.
