Why it took so long time to put back account login it takes a lot of hours about 3 hrs and get extended 1 hour.
it was not the Developers intention for Players to log out then log in to reuse a Crystal if they got a roll they didn’t want/desire. that is what farming builds are for.
if you read the Patch 3.0 Thread, there is a discussion on this topic and the reason why the Developers put a three hour wait on reloading is explained.
under Bug Fixes: Fix for downloads not having a limit. (third from bottom). Post 51 is the start of the discussion concerning the Download Limit. Post 63 from @Griffin (a Moderator) explains the fix.
even if you unload and reload for a different reason, it’s still three hours.
