the +All Sets affix affects the Rank of Set affixes. maximum is +4 All Sets. this allows players to have Set affixes of Rank 5 to Rank 8. you need 2 to 4 Items with the same Set affix to have a Set affix with Rank 6, 7, or 8.

some Items it’s possible to have them all with the same affix plus a Pet with the same affix for a Set affix Rank of 7.

Tbh, I have doubts on using 4 Aethereal Drain. As a rule of thumb, using the same set multiple times is a pretty mid idea because you get less +4 for your sets.

the best way to go is to have seven different Set affixes at Rank (5), but I think there are a few Set affixes, like Plagued (8) for a Poison focused Build (+200% to Poison DoT damage for each enemy Poisoned), that would be good at Rank (8) with a build focused on the Set in question.

I’m using an Ascending Build with Ascendant (8) as the foundation of the Build, and yes, it was hard deciding on what the other 3 affixes are, but it’s working great, and later I want to see how it works when I don’t have 6 Quest Stones and Adventure Mythic taking up space.

I have tried specialty builds with a 6-8 rank set, but as a farmer guy, I always end up with seven sets at rank 5.

I’ve heard of some players who are Farming for Eternal Items & Eternal Pets using a Farm Build with 6-8 Ranks of Eternalized Set.

I too prefer having 7 different Set affixes, but there are a few times I’ve gone with fewer Sets to have more of other affixes.

When the pet feat reaches 149/150, I load up on Eternalized for a run through an Eternal map.

But, only when monster boost is activated, to ensure an enslaver. :+1: :brain:

I’ve thought about doing that, but I get so into the game that I always miss the point at which I should make the switch, so I just use the Build I want at the time.

I use CF at (6), never considered Eternalized (6)
