Would lightning element benefit from 600% ED?

hi,

i am planning to use a electrocution set with the new set affix +1 static thing (affix that adds 1 stack of dmg for the lightning element). i am just curious for people who have used this element before, how effective does it get with ed%?

yes. Although it’s best to have 300% ED or so as having more can be a bit too much and may actually reduce potential for maximum damage but​ it’s a choice and a way to surprise people.
