Discordance and extra attack chance

I Tried it a few times and my special skills doesn’t get the multi attack and extra attack chance.

You don’t get multiple attacks but the DPS boost is added directly to the special just like Boomerang and Charge. IE: EAC 1 = Specials have a 50% chance to do 2x DMG.

I asked this before and as I remember clogon was the one answering me.
So it doesn’t show multi attack but the dmg increases.
