any build after April 2017 (when Patch 3.0 came out) would be considered current. there have been some minor changes since then, like bug fixes and game balancing. the only really big change since then is 4 new Sets and MP Absorb doesn’t work with Alchemy Mythic (or Bloodmagic Mythic from older Patches).
