What I hate is that I have to farm ALOT to get just one slot rune, and I need quite a few, and even more I’ve used up to 50 reroll rune on a stat and didn’t even got a perfect reroll
And I am not even talking about the legend affix rune, I’ve hadn’t farmed even one so far, and considering it is a random affix, a week of farm for a random legend affix is quite harsh

This isn’t totally true, you’re right about getting a selection. For most of the really rare Crystals, you get a choice between up 6 randomly chosen affixes available. This should narrow down the randomness. You can see what this looks like here: Crystal Preview

I might have to put the max values for affixes in the next patch’s dictionary, i don’t happen to have a list available at the moment.
Quality doesn’t direct affect affixes, but gives you a boost when they are initially rolled, and when you reroll them. 25% Quality will give of course give you the highest bonus possible.
Can’t apply Sapphire (change affix) to the legendary affix for some reason. Is that a bug or design?

I asked a few germans about it and none of them actually use Steiger like that. It mostly means “climb” / name for the head of a mine.
Does the mastery rune increase the crit dmg, crit change, elemental crit, deadly strike etc?

FWIW, I’ve been interpreting “Steiger” as: “one who gets ahead / takes the lead / moves up the ranks.” Certainly nothing profane o.O;; Come to think of it, the German National Football team actually has a player named Schweinsteiger, which would have been a fairly unfortunate name
