here’s a Halloween build to help inspire anyone interested in making a Halloween themed build.

I was just now thinking. . .
this build is based on using Ice Element, the idea being Cold As Death. Death Chill saps your strength making you move & attack slower and do less damage. with Elemental Crit you can Freeze your enemies with Fear!
you can also use the other Elements for Halloween Builds!
Shock Element, or Electricity, instead of weakening your enemies it makes your attacks stronger, doing more damage. and you could also Paralyze your enemies!
using Poison Element to slowly destroy your enemies, with a chance for the blood in their body to vaporize, causing a Toxic Cloud that can greatly damage their nearby allies!
making a contract with a minion of hell to control Fire Element to burn your enemies to ash, maybe even Immolate them so that even the ashes are disintegrated!
Arcane Element, the Element all enemies fear because they have no resistance to it. you might even be able to call upon Arcane spirits to Orbit around you and damage nearby enemies.
