Should we notify support if we haven’t received the holiday vanity set yet?
I think the vanity is device specific…
I have 2 phones… i have claimed it using my phone#1 and can use the vanity using phone#1… but for any reason, i cannot use the vanity using my phone#2…
Hope i can receive the mail again so i can claim it using my phone#2 haha
I can use it in my phone and in my tab, claim using phone, (upload) - download to my tab, thats how it works, coz you cant claim it twice at the same account with separate device, once u claim it at phone1 then the transaction is done,
Ok… Just received another mail… So i claimed it using my phone#2… Now both of my devices have this vanity… Cheers!
