My son got banned and the message says "Oi mate, what you doin?"

Hi my son is a big fan of dungeon quest. He’s spent a lot of money on the game. But for the last 2-3 weeks he’s not been able to log in.

He keeps getting a message saying “oi mate what you doin- error code 267” and telling him he is permanently banned.

I’ve no idea why this has happened- he swears he hasn’t done anything wrong.

Any suggestions what he can do to get the account reset?
