Instead of a dev or play tester posting a complete list, there is a lot of scope for forum interaction. The community member could be anyone on the forum 
Everyone will be experimting with combinations, so I’m sure your codex will fill up nicely.
Players can trade combinations via private messages, or I’m sure some of the more active forum members might run some kind of competition for example " first person to post a picture of a shark on a tricycle smoking a cigar gets a combination " its up to you if you go away and Photoshop it, or who knows a PIC like that might already exist on the web!
Who knows, maybe even a prize for the first person to post a complete list …
So many opportunities to get the forum buzzing with activity, seems a shame to waste.

Indeed, I already planed events about the mythic list 
But like Jester said, I won’t give any list by myself, you’ll have to cooperate between forumers
Me too, I have a few events planned 
Two quick questions about mythics. First, will the MS have to be inserted in the exact precise order, or just have to be the correct 4? Second, since it’s only 4 sockets, will we be able to add 2 more affixes, or will that cause it to lose its Mythic status?

I hear completing one of the feats in the game gives a recipe as well
It gives a “hint”, and you need 4 hints to get a reciepe 
Nope…it gives the full recipe all four needed components but you gotta unlike the achievement to hear the message.

You need to be using the game circle or gme center FRONT END app (ie the apps outside of dungeonquest) to see this ifnromation. Correctly Google play services doesn’t allow for pre post messages so its a nice little easter egg for the iOS or amazon users

Ah got it! 
Huge THANK YOU for version 2.0. I havent played in months as i hit the wall of leveling and just got bored. But the update is something that renewed my interest in the game. To me its a new game, almost, id love to be able to progress past level 99.
Anyhow im here to say thank you! I just made my first mythic weapon. My " Cyclone Sword of Death". The recipe is right there on the posted link. No clue if the weapon will help or hinder but damn…im happy I made a purple weapon. If I can hook up with anymore hints or clues please message me. Now i have to figure out where my messages are…
