it gives +100% more Magic & Rare monsters. this multiplies with the Map Affix +% Magic & Rare monsters.
the higher the Tier of the monster, the better the Loot that is dropped.
this makes it good for Farm Builds, Ascending Builds, and finishing many Feats faster for their rewards.
