@D-Generation, @SickPup and @Mr_Hercules those gears are legitimate / can drop.
As far as the first gear, follow my post on how to obtain obsidian affix on eternal legend. The epic attack speed affix is in the list of obsidian affixes and can drop on eternal legends.

I’m new to pvp, I got confused between +2 skills and +2 sets and when I seen it in weapons i instantly thought cheater, innocent mistake since pvp is so different from pvm, I do apologize…

In PVP it’s good to get 4 all sets in your character outside of pvp. In PVP it gets reduced to 2. As for all skills it’s debatable.
