Nadroji Set increases the chance for the rare Legend Items to drop from Epic+ Monsters.
the Epic+ Monsters Map Affix increases the number of Epic Guardians at the Map Portal or Cartographer.
Orange Shrine summons an Epic Shrine Guardian when activated.
Hunter Perk and Hunter Mythic Ring summon 1-3 Epic Shrine Guardians at any Shrine that is activated. (the Perk and Ring don’t stack together).
the Accomplished Perk increases how often your Monsters Killed Feats are finished for their rewards, so Epic+ monsters are summoned more often.
the Magic+ & Rare+ Monster Map Affixes help speed up how fast Accomplished Perk gets you to the Epic+ Monsters Rewards.
Nadroji Bonus increases Magic & Rare Monsters by +100%, which speeds up how often Monster Feats are finished for getting Epic+ Monster rewards.
these are good for any floor, but if you are looking for certain rare legend items, check the Codex to see if there are any restrictions on where they can be found.
