Demonic Set works good with Crushing Flames, and can be rolled with Amethyst.
Execute affix works like Demonic and is multiplied with it if you have both, but it can not be rolled with Ruby.
it looks like Immolate has been changed a little, so use Inferno (5) Set to double the duration of Fire DoT from 2 seconds to 4 seconds.
for those who are wondering, total damage with Immolate is lower than before, but with Blistering total damage is higher than before.
there are many combinations, so it’s really up to you to figure out what works best with the build idea you are aiming for. look in the Codex to see what the different affixes & Talents do, and do a Search 
for Hammer and/or Horn to see what others have shared.
