Trust me, it’s possible. But you’ll end up spending all of your diamonds. I just throw away ~1000 diamonds to get 1 perfectly rolled dagger

All new affixes and sets on legends that say unknown location are only available on those items. You cannot get them via ruby.

The thing is, I never use poison or bleed, that’s why I can’t answer this question

how abt steiger, central, rubik, ask them pls.
When you apply a bleed, it will do the same dmg as the inital hit every second for 10 seconds. Example, if you hit for 1000 dmg and apply a bleed on that hit, it will do 1000… 1000… 1000… etc for 10 seconds.
Poison is similar except less dmg divided by the duration of the effect.
